WHY HIPPO INSULATION

Dura Shield – Ultra (Cool Roof®) has been derived from the technology which is from the Middle East where temperatures are much higher than the Indian Sub- Continent. This breakthrough technology has revolutionised the Insulation system by offering a full proof, strong yet economical insulating solution – DuraShield and InsuShield, with its patented technology of HIPPO laminations.

SPECIALITY OF DURA SHIELD - ULTRA INSULATION

Dura Shield – Ultra (Cool Roof®) is very different from regular insulation, it has 5 layers of high quality proprietary materials sandwiched together while regular insulation uses only 1 or 2 layers. This gives a much better result and prevents heat from transferring from the roof to the area below.

TESTED TECHNOLOGY

The technology is from the Middle East where the temperatures are much higher than in the Indian subcontinent. Now the company is looking at the Indian market where similar issues of heat need to be tackled. For this purpose we have opened a huge manufacturing facility in India.

In addition to the hundreds of installations in the Middle East, Dura Shield – Ultra has been tested successfully in independent laboratories around the world.

Dura Shield – Ultra (Cool Roof®) can be installed in existing or new shades without any difficulties. In addition to this it is quite economical.

ARCHITECT SPECIFICATION

The reflective insulation material is made of high resistance anti-corrosive 12 micron thick pure Aluminum Foil. It has Low Emissivity 3%, Reflectivity 97% (ASTM 408), Fire Retardant (BS Part 6, Part 7).
